Join NADA Members in Queens for private tours of The Living Museum and Yeh Art Gallery on Monday, November 18th, 2–5pm.
Director Dr. Mitra Reyhani Ghadim will lead a tour of The Living Museum, an art studio dedicated to presenting art produced by patients at the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, with David Fierman, who will be presenting work from The Living Museum at the Open Invitational in Miami this December and at FIERMAN in New York early next year.
At Yeh Art Gallery, Director Max Warsh will lead an exhibition walkthrough of To Mend the Heat, a group exhibition bringing together eight artists working at the intersection of alternative medicine, healing, and art-making. Featured Artists: Damali Abrams, Milford Graves, Kahori Kamiya, Koyoltzintli, Wen Liu, Guadalupe Maravilla, Luis Sahagún, and Marcelo Sturgeon
